EVENT DESCRIPTIONThe Lights of Christmas is the largest holiday festival in the Pacific Northwest with over one million lights, five entertainment stages, childrens activities, food, and more! 19 nights beginning December 3rd; 5-10 p.m. Warm Beach Camp, Stanwood; $16 adults, $12 seniors and military, $11 ages 4-12, and 3 and under are free. One of the Pacific Northwest’s most popular holiday events is opening next Saturday! Brought to you by the Bellevue Botanical Garden Society and Bellevue Parks and Community Services, Garden d’Lights features half a million lights which transform the Garden into a blossoming winter wonderland.
Garden d’Lights runs from Saturday, November 28, 2015 – Saturday, January 2, 2016, every evening from 4:30 – 9:30 pm (last entry at 9:00 pm). Tickets are $5 each, children 10 and under are free. Please visitwww.gardendlights.org to purchase your tickets or learn how to visit the show for free.

Mill Creek YMCA Veterans Day/Thanksgiving Potluck program for Seniors

Mill Creek YMCA is holding a potluck lunch to celebrate both Veterans Day and Thanksgiving.


It is an opportunity to celebrate everything we are thankful for and honor veterans for serving our country.  The Silver Steppers will be there in full costume ready to entertain .  Each guest is asked to bring their favorite dish to share with a serving utensil.

Friday - November 13 from Noon to 2pm.

If interested, sign up at the Senior Resource Center.

Turkey Bingo and Chili Cook Off

Mill Creek YMCA is hosting their first annual Turkey Bingo and Chili Cook Off.


From the flyer:

Participants will be asked to serve their chili in one-ounce portions before Bingo begins.   All in attendance will have a chance to vote for their favorite chili and then partake in some Bingo fun!
